These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Vox247 AI ("Vox247 AI," "we," "us," or "our") governing access to and use of our website, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, have the authority to bind the business entity on whose behalf you register (if applicable), and agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation and Refund Policy, each incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Vox247 AI provides a business-to-business (B2B) software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that offers an AI-powered voice receptionist. The Service may include, without limitation:

  • Automated inbound call answering and conversational AI handling;
  • Lead capture, qualification, and CRM-style workflow tools;
  • Appointment scheduling and calendar integrations;
  • Call logs, transcripts, analytics, and notification features;
  • Telephony number provisioning, forwarding, and related voice infrastructure.

The Service is intended for commercial use by businesses and their authorized personnel. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Beta or preview features may be offered "as is" and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration and Security

You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security breach.

3.2 Authorized Users

If you invite team members or sub-users, you are responsible for their compliance with these Terms and for permissions you grant within your workspace.

3.3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive purposes; to violate telecommunications regulations or recording-consent laws; to transmit malware; to reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law; or to resell or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent. You are solely responsible for obtaining all legally required consents from callers before recording or processing communications.

4. Subscription Fees and Billing

Access to paid features requires a subscription or one-time fees as displayed on our pricing pages or order flow. Fees are billed in advance through our authorized payment processors (including Razorpay or other gateways we designate). By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Prices, plan inclusions (such as calling minutes), overage rates, and taxes are disclosed at checkout or in your account dashboard. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and government assessments unless we are required by law to collect them. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

Free trials, promotional offers, and setup fees (including phone number provisioning fees) are subject to the terms presented at signup. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all fees are non-refundable as described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, models, interfaces, documentation, branding, and content provided by Vox247 AI, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your payment of applicable fees and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as business information, FAQs, and customer data). You grant Vox247 AI a worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and display such content solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service. Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." VOX247 AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS.

VOX247 AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO VOX247 AI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN SUCH CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
